HealthAura Refund & Returns Policy

At HealthAura, we prioritize safety, hygiene, and product integrity.

Due to the nature of health, wellness, and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product is not a hygiene-sensitive item (e.g., opened skincare, supplements, baby care items)

Non-returnable items include:

  • Opened or used products

  • Personal care and hygiene items

  • Clearance or final sale products

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
